Four afternoons a week, we explore Hatha — strengthening, aligning, and awakening.
On Wednesday and Saturday evenings, we slip into Yin — a

is guided by Khushi Bulchandani, co-founder and yoga teacher,
whose teaching merges knowledge, intuition, and warmth.

After your One-on-One Fitness Coaching or Intensive
Bootcamp training, these classes help you realign, release, and
reconnect.
You’ll move through foundational postures — standing,
seated, and balancing — each held long enough to meet your edges and ease into
them.
The breath becomes your guide, teaching you to move not
from effort, but from awareness.
By the time you step off the mat, you’re centered,
grounded, and awake — balanced perfectly between energy and ease.
Evening
Yin — Where Time Melts
As dusk falls, the glass-walled studio at 1ON1
transforms into a sanctuary.
Soft lighting and gentle warmth fill the space. Outside,
the hills fade into twilight; inside, quiet music mingles with the soothing
sound of a water fountain.
This is Yin Yoga, practiced twice
a week — Wednesday and Saturday evenings — when the retreat itself
begins to slow.
Khushi guides each guest through long-held postures that
